“Everything from symbols, flames, flags and logos to individual names can be applied to the fabric of the kite. At the moment, customers can choose from a comprehensive range of existing designs to customise their gear.

“We’re currently developing the technology so that in the very near future, people will be able to bring their own images and designs and have them applied directly to their kites.”
